Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING
Your order is processed and shipped from China. Orders are processed within 2 business days of purchase, but may be subject to delay during sale periods and new drops. USPS standard shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days for domestic deliveries. Simsmore offers free shipping on orders over $99. Standard international shipping takes approximately 7-21 business days for international deliveries. There are options available for expedited shipping at checkout.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for customs or import taxes. If a package is refused for any reason, the customer is responsible for reaching out to us and attempting to have it delivered again. We will not refund a customer if their order is refused.

If billing and shipping addresses are provided in a language other than English, your order will be subject to a delay or cancellation.

Please note all delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping courier and cannot be guaranteed. However, we will do our best to send your package as soon as possible.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS
1. Send an Email to returns@simsmore.com to inform us the reason that cause you return the goods with the picture/video so we know that the quality of the returning product is in good condition which still fulfill the free-reason return policy. Please note that all returns cost initiated for non-quality issues will be covered by customers.

2. Return is initiated by the customer within 30 days of delivery date.
The item(s) is received unworn, unaltered, and undamaged in their original packaging. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Your return may be subject to cancellation if original packaging is not included.

3. The item(s) is mailed back within 14 days of return authorization
All returns require authorization. Please note, if parcel cannot be passed the inspection part, you may not get the full refund. The return shipping is on your charge. And the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

4.We are unable to process any returns purchased from any of our stockists.
All gift cards, mystery items, and sale items are final sale.

EXCHANGES
Simsmore offers exchanges through our returns portal within 15 days of purchase.

WARRANTY
There is a warranty within 60 days of your delivery date for damaged items. After 60 days, there is a small repair fee. Warranty does not apply to sale items. To request a warranty repair or for more info, please email returns@simsmore.com with your order number and supplemental photos.
Please note that the return shipping is on your charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim within 20 days of the last shipping update. After 20 days, the request will be denied.
